Our office constantly monitors the CDC guidelines and we are in constant observation of the State of Texas health and safety protocols to update our procedures.

Your safety and well-being are the top priority at Denta Care. Please rest assured that we take all measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff by increasing sanitation and disinfection routines throughout our office. Our HVAC system has filters that are made to inhibit aerosols and air particles.

Please continue to take all the necessary precautions:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands.

• Avoid contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.

• If you do not wear a mask, cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze.

• When feeling sick, please call us to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance if possible.

• We assure you that you are very well taken care of at our office and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.!

You may be at an increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19 if you have:

• Liver disease

• Asthma (moderate-to-severe)

• Cystic fibrosis

• Type 1 diabetes mellitus

• Hypertension or high blood pressure

• Immunocompromised state

• Pregnancy

• Cerebrovascular disease

• Pulmonary fibrosis

• Thalassemia

Beware of the common signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Please call our office before you come if you experience any of following symptoms:

• Fever

• Cough

• Loss of Appetite

• Fatigue

• Shortness of Breath

• Sputum Production

• Myalgias

• Loss of Smell

• Unexplained Nausea

• Diarrhea

• Congestion/Stuffy Nose

Certain people are more at risk from COVID-19. Practice stricter precautions if you have any of these conditions: Asthma, chronic kidney disease being treated with dialysis, chronic lung disease/ smoking, diabetes, hemoglobin disorders, immunocompromised by disease or medications like steroids and azathioprine, liver disease, people aged 65 years and older, people in nursing homes or long-term care facilities, serious heart conditions and severe obesity.
